LeeLonnie Lockard is the Early Child Education Director at the Portland Promise Center.

LeeLonnie serves as the Early Childhood Education Director at the Portland Promise Center. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning, with a focus on Early Childhood Education, from the University of Louisville. As a lifelong resident of the Portland community, LeeLonnie is deeply committed to ensuring that young students in the West End receive exceptional early learning experiences and environments.
